Root Canal Therapy:

A procedure to treat infection or inflammation inside a tooth by removing the damaged pulp, cleaning and sealing the root canals, and preserving the natural tooth structure.

Root Canal Surgery (Apicoectomy):

A minor surgical procedure performed when standard root canal therapy isn’t enough. It involves removing the tip of the tooth’s root and sealing it to eliminate infection and save the tooth.

Post and Core:

A restorative procedure used after a root canal to rebuild and strengthen a tooth that has lost significant structure. A post is placed inside the root canal, and a core buildup supports the placement of a crown for long-term stability.
